Dentro de los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) que plantea la Organización de las Naciones Unidas (ONU) para erradicar la pobreza, proteger el planeta y asegurar la prosperidad para todo el mundo, Iplan se propone progresar en su implicación y adoptar nuevas iniciativas con impacto positivo para su entorno. 

Con el objetivo de alcanzar las metas de la Agenda 2030, alineamos nuestras actuaciones con 4 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible, principalmente.


HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Sustainable Development Goal 3 aims to ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all at all ages.

At Iplan, the Occupational Health and Safety Department plays a very important role in the safety of our staff, providing training in the preventive field and supplying the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the execution of specific tasks.


GENDER EQUALITY

The UN proposes Sustainable Development Goal 5 as the necessary foundation for achieving a fair world and a fundamental right for sustainable development of society.

To strengthen our culture and promote gender equality, at Iplan we have an Equality Plan where we define our approach to combat wage inequality, discriminatory and harassing acts, and sexist language.


DECENT WORK AND ECONOMIC GROWTH

Promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth and productive employment for all is the main goal of Sustainable Development Goal 8.

To ensure that our workforce operates in a comfortable and suitable environment to achieve their goals, we have work-life balance measures to achieve a balance between each person’s personal and professional life.


CLIMATE ACTION

Goal 13 focuses on making the fight against climate change the primary issue to consider in political, business, and social actions to sustain life on our planet and raise awareness among the population.

Our involvement as a company in this goal is to decrease our carbon footprint with sustainable initiatives, such as the tree planting, we carried out in 2022 to offset our activity or the implementation of energy-saving measures in our offices.

In summary, at Iplan, we are committed to contributing significantly to sustainable development to improve social and environmental well-being, taking initiatives in different areas to participate considerably in the construction of a sustainable future.
