Dins dels 17 Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible<\/a> (ODS) que planteja l’Organitzaci\u00f3 de les Nacions Unides (ONU) per a erradicar la pobresa, protegir el planeta i assegurar la prosperitat per a tothom, Iplan es proposa progressar en la seva implicaci\u00f3 i adoptar noves iniciatives amb impacte positiu per al seu entorn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’Objectiu 3 de Desenvolupament Sostenible cerca garantir una vida sana i promoure el benestar de tot el m\u00f3n i totes les edats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dins d\u2019Iplan, el Departament de Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos Laborals lidera un paper molt important per a la seguretat de la nostra plantilla, realitzant formacions en l’\u00e0mbit preventiu i proporcionant els Equips de Protecci\u00f3 Individual (EPIS) necessaris per a l’execuci\u00f3 de treballs espec\u00edfics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Amb l’objectiu d’enfortir la nostra cultura i promoure la igualtat de g\u00e8nere, a Iplan comptem amb un Pla d’Igualtat on definim la nostra manera d’actuar per a lluitar contra la desigualtat salarial, els actes discriminatoris i d’assetjament i el llenguatge sexista.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

El nostre implicaci\u00f3 com a empresa en aquest objectiu \u00e9s disminuir la nostra petjada de carboni amb iniciatives sostenibles, com la plantaci\u00f3 d’arbres que vam realitzar l’any 2022 per a compensar la nostra activitat o la posada en pr\u00e0ctica de mesures d’estalvi energ\u00e8tic en les nostres oficines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
